A project
initiated in April 2002, the Penang State Scout Council website is
developed by a team of dedicated volunteers in the Scouting movement
under the advise of Mr Cheah It Tee.
This website offers
Scouts a one-stop place for communication and gives them access to
the revolutionary ScoutingWeb feature, a passport login system
developed by 18th GT(N) Online.
